If you did not receive your cards:
  
  - Please check your "SPAM" or "JUNK" email folders and mark our email as "NOT SPAM" or "SAFE".
If you cannot find our emails (blocked by SPAM filters), you have to:

  Add our email "support@cicicallingcard.com" to your Contacts, Address Book or Safe-List
  
 (you may also need to lower / disable SPAM protection, see instructions below).
- Re-generate your order using the form:
